Well all this is fine but incase of the unexpected and he loses his job and cannot look back after himself,will there be redivision of assets between them?It should either be the assets splint into half or alimony,not both or not both in all circumstances if its both,when one partner rises above the other...what does logic dictate?It should actually be a one time settlement.
