Considering this was posted on Tumblr, she IS pretty brave. That's death threat material right there. Sometimes I wonder why I still go on that site.

She certainly lost my vote. ...Well okay, she never had it, but now the only way I'd vote for her is if the republican candidate was Trump. Lesser of two evils there.

Possibly. Most politicians go more middle of the road once they've gotten past the primaries.

I would say no, but I'm a pacifist, so I don't believe in hitting or being violent with anyone. I also would say that hitting anyone in self-defense is okay, regardless of gender.

It's sad that I thought "At least this one will be banned from seeing the kid again, is banned from schools, and was forced into mental health." How messed up is it that the bright side is "at least they were less obvious with their double standard"?

W...was her argument SERIOUSLY "I'm too stupid to know you can't have sex with eleven year olds and I'm very sorry about it." If she's intelligent enough to be hired in childcare then she's sure as shit intelligent enough to know raping an 11 year old under your care is unacceptable. Lock this woman away and throw away the key!

Rape laws are so fucked up... It honestly makes me sick to my stomach to think of how many rapists got away with forced sex because it's not "legally" rape, even though it's still sex done against someone's will.

Oh yes, I remember Steve Shives.... I told him a few years back that rape culture was said not to be real and to harm the discussion of rape, gave him a source... everything. He completely ignored me. I'd respected his atheist videos, but I realized then that he'd begun to become absolutely sunken in rhetoric. Fuck that guy with a cactus.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
