1	New to RP theory, struggling with BP shit trickling into my new way of life. One thing in particular, the dreaded ex. If you need a reminder, you need a reminder. No shame in keeping it as a notecard in your wallet or something. There's some good science behind continuous reminders in forming new habits. If you've got a smartphone, they're cooking up apps for that (further reinforcing that there's an app for everything, but that's only tangential right now).
