1	How do I let him know I wanna give him head? Sounds like everyone else has already said what I would but I would add something in the spirit of the way my neighbor's train of thought typically is: say something like "you should let me [suck your dick\|give you a blow job\|etc]". The worst he could say is no. If it gets awkward in any way, play it off as a joke "yeah I was just f***ing around" or however you'd word it.
