A red flag imo. I had a boyfriend like that once. He was not that interested in me

Great question. I have also wondered if some men need validation. Like is that what the cheaters are seeking when they cheat?
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/05/20 08:50 PM
13

Wow. True. They gotta touch them as they pay because that is all they have to offer
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy28/05/20 07:13 PM

That is awful. She has no SELF RESPECT. He uses her and hates her for it too

It is true. I let one totally neglect me and take me for granted for 20 years. You gotta show them how and if they dont bite dump them.

I call it male manipulation. These guys don't want to invest any precious time or money to get intimacy so they try to flip your standards on you and say you are entitled. I won't engage with them. No talking about. Either they figure out on their own how to treat or I say "NEXT'. And men do know how to act when they know they have to and really keep us AROUND

My ex hubby doesn't say I went crazy but he acts like he has no clue why I wanted a divorce. After 3 years I realized he was blaming my best friend who came back into my life around that time. I call it not Taking Any Responsibility for the problems I told him all.along

That is awesome. One less thing you gotta do. Lol

I think you can be warm and charming. I just have no expectations and that is how I protect my heart. They are all just options until they prove otherwise with actions
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 04:47 AM

I get my phone bill payed by who I am just dating. Tell them it's about to get cut off so you won't be able to text back. Done
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 04:19 AM

Oh honey let me tell. I play dumb now and broke. Which I am cause my dusty ex hubby spent my money trying to stay in music biz. Now that I am HVW I can get plenty but I want love too in the same package. Lol

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 03:39 AM

My advice is don't focus on sweet at all. Once in a while throw him a bone if he earns it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 03:34 AM

You did not do anything wrong. That was a low low effort on his part. Which means he was not very interested. Don't accept that.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 03:29 AM
17

They hate gold diggers but the same one wants 50/50 chic to hold them up. If you are a man and cannot put a roof over your head without your pickmeisha then quess what? You are digging for GOLD BOO

I will say I realized in the last few years after reading books like "why men love bitches" that I thought their were GOOD MEN and BAD MEN. But in fact it is alot more gray than that. MEN are all way more alike than I thought. BIGGEST LESSON OF MY LIFE: Even a Supposed Good Man Will TREAT YOU as BAD as YOU LET HIM
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 02:16 AM

I say " Me either" then stop all.contact. lol

They absolutely do pretend shit all the time so we do it. I am gonna pretend I have no money and can't cook.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 01:51 AM
11

I think it is fuc...genius. I spent 20 years cooking for a man who would not show till 8, 9 10 pm and I can cook. I will be pretending I am not that good. I think i will just a specialty dish like my chicken parmigiana for special occasions.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 01:49 AM

And men put up with NO CHEATING. My ex neglected me by not coming home for dinner every night and crashed on the couch every nite for 20 years. One day I thought if I had done that to him he would of FOUND someone else. I finally asked for divorce
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy27/05/20 01:31 AM

Wow. I agree. I don't think Good Men are Hard To Find. WE women are steering the ship. Just have to Be" Hard To Keep and Easy To Lose. "
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/05/20 10:09 PM

True or just not enough interest there but they keep us on the hook

What I do is i tell.mysel this man is just an option for me. I continue talking to other men. I try not to fantasize about what could be. Also I try not to read anything into what he says. I remind myself that it takes a good while for a man to fall for a woman. Also I tell myself that " I am.an amazing woman" basically alot of stuff to not take anything he does personally and get hurt. Wow. I guard my heart
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/05/20 02:55 AM
10

Exactly
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/05/20 02:11 AM
31

Very disrespectful. I assume she works as they are living together not married with children. I am afraid that we have raised a whole generation of men that want us to hold them up and pay 50/50 bills and cook what he wants. He should have gone and cooked his own chosen meals. I suspect she is not someone he wants to spend his life with but he is letting her hold him up.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy26/05/20 02:10 AM

Oh yes that is very hard. Sorry for your hurting

That is a co dependent trait I believe to make others feel comfortable at your expense

That scares me as I have done the same

Wow. That was good defense. So glad you figured it out. Experience helps

It does happen. I have a new rule I don't let myself really even like a man. I just tell myself he is a possible option UNTIL HE HAS FALLEN for me. I did it with last boyfriend and it was shortlived but I was not heartbroken even despite being intimate
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 09:11 PM

Yes for sure

This just proves to me once again they think the more we reject that we are so HIGH LEVEL WOMEN. They want us more then. Note to self. Find one I like and make him Earn it. They love it
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:11 PM
13

No I get it. You don't have to settle. Unfortunately they see you through the same filter as they see their life but You have options cause your eyes are OPEN
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 02:53 PM

Wow. I probably have read that but didn't know that scripture exactly but there you have it

None of this feels or sounds good. There are so many men out there. Don't wait on any of them. Look and be your best self. Whatever it takes if it is therapy, makeover etc and let those mf's come for you and they will
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 02:39 PM

I am not getting paid. I think he had some eye opening stuff. Are you running this group. I learned of him through sherae
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 02:32 PM

I am also doing this in my journaling. I can't wait to see how it changes me
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 01:29 PM
10

I think they are lazy dusty or just not that interested if we have to ask them out. Then they can always say that later. They may go and try to get laid. How about just look good and a real man will ask you out
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 12:20 PM
5

Yes I have. . It is co dependency. I finally have gotten in therapy to work on it. It will make you be able to stay away from dusty men as well
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 12:12 PM
10

They try that shit. Don't respond
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 12:05 PM

Yes he is a dusty musician
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 12:04 PM

Yes. We teach a man how to treat us and they think of us HOW we Value ourselves. So think you are the queen to get great treatment. I know how you feel.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 11:56 AM
10

I did not hold men to high standards. I have had to learn. I didn't get alot of fatherly attention so it made me a bit desperate I think. Though not judgmental really of others
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 04:51 AM

Yes sometimes they are texting multiple trying to get somebody to let them Come over
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 04:36 AM

Start the relationship OFF right from the VERY beginning. Act spoiled to be spoiled. No official talk. Let him see you are a girl that likes gifts. Drop.hint. get him near a mall and say you need to run in. Let him see expensive stuff you like
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:48 AM
11

That hurts my heart. Trying to buy a loser's love
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:39 AM
13

Lol. They are all desperate due to no sex with the virus thing
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:27 AM

My advice is get a book called "why men love Bitches by Sherri Argrov. It is the bible of dating. A good place to start. It teaches you to be a Strong woman with self respect and watch my youtube as well
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:20 AM
21

For sure I have but not anymore. They have to do the work
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:17 AM
65

Yes never do it. It makes us seem like LVW. They may like if for a minute but builds no really attraction. Men like to earn it
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 03:15 AM
18

No me either. It is easier to lean back and not over give if you realize it won't keep them but a real connection will.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 02:22 AM
1

Yes. You might like a book by GL Lamberth called "Men Don't love women like You. I was naive about the male sex drive before reading. He really teaches a girl how to dangle the carrot but not be give it up. Lol
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 01:29 AM
26

That is who I am. Not going to be hurt
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy25/05/20 01:27 AM

I agree! Yes like don't pretend but really mirror his energy/investment
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 11:42 PM

I agree that he looks weak if he can't make the first. Forget it. Alot of young men seem to want everything to be so easy. No. Bye Felicia

/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 11:20 PM
2

I think if it Ain't Broke....
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 11:19 PM
9

No they won't. You are steering the ship. Make a man work, longer for sex. Make them invest. One of them will bite but they need to catch feelings first imo. I have learned/learning to wait for sex. They will act as badly as we left them.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 10:42 PM
10

I think you are not telling yourself enough good things. Tell yourself daily "I am loveable " I am a great girl. Do it as you drift to sleep. It will become a part of your subconscious and change your dating life imo
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 10:38 PM
14

She is amazing! No more narcissist for me
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 10:35 PM
18

Also remember MEN are about action. You can tell a man for years he is ruining a relationship. It means nothing till you pack your suitcase for a "break". Trust me I talked my 20 year marriage to death. ACTION ladies
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 03:42 PM
2

Yes don't listen as much as watch a man's actions.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 03:39 PM

Exactly. They would be BETTER. We are part of the problem. Gotta train the younger girls to have requirements

Yes I love being a woman
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy24/05/20 03:45 AM

I think you suffer from something called pathological loneliness. I just learned off it and thus heart break is almost like trying to get off drugs. So sorry you are hurting. That is codependency and you are terrified to be alone. You focused on his shit so you don't have to focus on you and your needs After he goes away try support groups, church groups just don't isolate. You need connection to get through it. It is hard. I have felt this way and in counseling now. Also don't drink during your…

I agree men Don't Do anything they don't want to do and now knowing this NEITHER do I.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/05/20 08:47 PM
2

I agree. Let them know up front we are not weak.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/05/20 08:07 PM

Men try to lie and cheat to convince to get what they want. Which is sex of course. I makes me laugh how desperate they get
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/05/20 08:06 PM
2

That is what I do when they don't listen. They often pretend they don't get. I call it Male Manipulation. You have to call them on it.
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/05/20 08:04 PM
20

Men don't do those kinds of things. Why do we
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy23/05/20 07:56 PM
16

Yep dump him immediately. He aims to hurt. Let him go
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/05/20 09:22 PM
10

We think that is shames the man.but it really shames us for staying with a man who doesn't want us. Which of course does not mean we aren't worthy
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/05/20 09:11 PM
9

Yes it does. Makes me sad. Let us women please raise a new generation of women that will not accept this or even live with cook clean for a man without a commitment. I did it to. Then I got him but he did not cherish me
/r/FemaleDatingStrategy22/05/20 09:09 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
