3	What are your go-to quick recipes? Chicken cordon bleu casserole. Just made this tonight: Cube up a few pounds of chicken breasts, and fry the cubes up in a few batches in a pan. While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce: chicken broth, about half a package of cream cheese, gouda, some heavy cream, paprika, salt and pepper, a healthy squirt or two of dijon mustard, maybe a few pats of butter. 15	The Rational Parent I just read a really interesting book on how the French parent their children, and they put a big emphasis on putting the relationship first, and then the children. Really great book. 1	Women of PPD, what are your hobbies and talents? Reading over this list, I feel like I sound incredibly boring, ha: Reading - I have a soft spot for J.R.R. Tolkien, Virginia Woolf, and a few poets.
