1	Personality Doesn't Matter I've had plenty of success with a weird personality. You just have to be the right kind of weird, which is a much smaller portion of weird than the wrong kind. I have low socioeconomic status and I'm short and skinny. Only thing I have going for me is slightly above average facial attractiveness and my personality. Of course I have years of experience now but I had moderate success when I was young too.
