Im a woman and I agree, women shouldn’t stay with any man but the best shes ever had. Unfortunately for op, having this kind of insecurity is one of those things that would knock you down a peg on the scale. Op, if you go into it feeling like the best she’s ever had (humbly tho…) she will feel that way too.

Exactly the same situation for me. My boyfriend actually was like, “please don’t devalue yourself like this,” multiple times throughout my pick-me behavior. It took a very long time and through personal growth to be able to escape the red-pill trad-wife mindset. In the end nothing he said truly helped, it was something I worked on my own. This is so true. Once I had to pee really bad and the guy I was “with” suggested I go pee behind someone’s house. 💀 His friend that was there had us all get into the car, leave, drive around the area for 20 minutes, and unable to find an available bathroom, confidentially sneaked me into a restaurant, all just so that I could pee and not be uncomfortable. And he wasn’t even courting me at the time. Guess which one I am with now!!

And you are so right about how even “feminine” women get abused beyond belief. They don’t respect our hobbies or our professions, just love how we cook and make crafts because it benefits them and they can leech off of it.
