The art of fermentation is a fantastic book. I lived in a very rural part of the country and I would go to farms and learn quite a bit. Also r/sourdough is a great resource for learning to make sourdough bread.

For me finding a man was not always about finding someone who could support me. I never wanted to be the bread winner but I was/am willing to work. However the value I bring to my home is invaluable.
