Who the hell thinks dreds don't take work to maintain? You sure some people liked the look and others didn't and that's what they were talking about?

Not at all. Maybe the reason you like disc golf is because it gives you an excuse to go out and walk around in nature. Others might like the challenge of it. Be honest about what your interests are, but think about why you like them and what that says about you as a person. You can sell just about any hobby or interest in a way thats appealing to potential partners.

I think r/dating might be a better place for this sort of question. But, since I'm here I'll give my 2 cents. It really depends on what you mean by "interesting." I would assume by that word you mean something past just basic physical attraction and more of an emotional or personal connection. With that in mind, I would say that most women don't really care what your specific hobbies are when they are getting to know you. We just have a different outlook on it I guess. People lose my respect by their actions, they gain yours through them.

Respect and admiration are different things. You can respect someones right to life, liberty, property, or what have you. If everyone you meet has to earn you not being an asshole to them, you're either going to go through life being an asshole a lot or not interacting with anyone.

To me, i see respect and admiration as different things. And there are different levels of respect. Like respecting someone as another human, to me, means respecting their right to life and their right to be who they want to be. That doesn't mean I have to respect their choices or the person that they choose to be. I disagree with a lot of people on how they live their lives, but I respect their choices and leave it at that.

Pretty much all crap. Its a philosophy that preaches the devaluation of women and an over obsession with sex. It lacks any sort of respect for people and is a messed up social darwinism tom foolery. Im sorry your gf broke up with you, it sucks. But remember that people are people and always deserve your respect.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
