0	Welcome to 2020. I never argued that undercard fighters don't deserve more. I'm just pointing out that it's a bullshit argument to use ring girls to try and make that argument. They have absolutely nothing to do with fighter pay. They work a different fucking job at the same company with vastly different job descriptions. Even if you got rid of all 3-4 main ring girls and the ones they use for international fights it would not make a meaningful difference for these undercard fighters. 0	Welcome to 2020. Because if anyone took an actual nuanced look at this they would know it's bullshit. Fighters who make 12k to show are usually the lowest tier talents on the entire UFC roster. They are only going to fight 2-4 times a year on average. They will have to do their fight camps but those are usually 3-4 months max not the 6 the op stated.
