Let's be honest. Women have nothing to contribute here. I come to TRP for a dose of intellectual testosterone so I can remain sane. I interact with women all day. When I come to TRP I don't need to hear more of them talk. Tits or GTFO.

So you don't matter that much and life is ridiculous. You couldn't possibly make life any more ridiculous than it already is. So don't go around acting like every little action matters. Mind blown. This resonates well with /u/GayLubeOil recent post about doing ridiculous shit for no reason except to push limits and buttons.

I appreciate your commitment to these ideas but the terminology really doesn't matter that much. You're trying to systematize something far too dynamic and vague and abstract to warrant taxology.

There isn't a meaningful consensus on what MGTOW "is." It's a throwaway word used to describe a variety of ideas. Certainly I used it properly in that I advocated for a man to pursue his life independent of women "unless." Not dating or associating sexually or romantically with women (or men) qualifies as MGTOW.

"Shaming" is a boogyman word used by social justice warriors to stave off any kind of criticism whatever, much like "racism." Attributing that word to the suggestion that companionship is superior to having no one to fall asleep with on Christmas eve is a pathetic attempt to hijack sensitivities that in discussion forum don't even exist.

Disagreement per se is uninteresting. Derive as much value you can from any given post or comment by understanding what the person actually meant rather than looking for an opportunity to appear smarter by prematurely criticizing it. Intellectual charity means looking to actually understand content before diplomatically adding value to the discussion. I realize that's a very tall order for an internet discussion forum but despite the recent influx of younger and dumber people, TRP still hosts so…

Masterful manifesto. Break down arbitrary insecurity-fueled social barriers handed down to you by a largely feminine culture of etiquette that values order over creativity and naked authenticity.

I'm not convinced that personal experiences are less valuable than science when it comes to red pill discussion. That being said, the value of eating clean is a topic so immense that citing a source for it is highly unnecessary. No one is going to struggle to instantly find a variety of scientific claims about the value of consuming nutrient-dense and natural foods like vegetables as opposed to microwavable garbage and oreos.

That TRP is radical or is seen by others as radical is irrelevant to the willingness with which I subscribe to its ideas. A radical idea only refers to the relationship it has to its environment. The environment in this case refers to a culture in which it is trendy to bash men and defend women impulsively, so a strained relationship an idea has with said environment is if anything a sign that it is a necessary reaction against that imbalance.

Responding to an idea with a wish for violence to be committed against the person stating the idea is a reliable sign of a poorly developed mind. You've also demonstrated a remarkable unwillingness to grasp my nuanced point and immediately read me literally, disqualifying you from any meaningful further discussion here.

Experiment with abstaining from masturbation. Shoot for one week and observe the cognitive and hormonal effects. Everyone is different but many people find that abstaining dramatically increases social confidence and energy. This has been my experience. YMMV. That's the least absolutist endorsement of nofap I have ever read.

I feel a lot better eating clean as opposed to the processed junk I used to. This isn't a science blog or subreddit, so citations and support aren't necessary; opinion and personal experience can stand alone. Solo backpacking can be done safely and responsibly. Didn't see another human being in Iceland for 14 days. I'm still here.

The idea is that the peace and clarity that meditation brings in, say, 30 minutes of practice makes the rest of your day more productive and enjoyable.

Props, but you're watering down my point beyond recognition. Several days without human contact, navigating via topo maps and GPS, with only a firearm for companionship, enduring a radical withdrawal of all modern social infrastructure and culture comforts is conducive to a forced death of dependent beta traits and the birth of a rugged independence characteristic of a developed alpha man.

You don't owe the same level of familial loyalty or protection to random females that you owe to your sister or your mother. You wouldn't gift a random person in need with $100 but you might do that for a relative. Your relationship with sister and mother is far more valuable than your relationship with random person x. If you feel on a personal level that employing a hooker harms her psychologically, that is a decent viewpoint, but I would not arrive at that viewpoint by inferring that one shou…

Everyone is different, but every male should experiment with frequency of semen emission because it makes a comprehensive psychological difference how often you're ejaculating, and attempt a 30-90 day streak to understand how strong the sex drive is, to test one's discipline and sheer will-power to experience the variety of interesting psychological effects, both subtle and intense, that result from semen retention.

Don't trip more than once a month. Start with 0.5 grams (you might feel nothing), then a month later 1 gram, then 1.5, then 2, etc. Respect the shroom. Use it wisely because if used properly it is more powerful than someone who hasn't done psychedelics can begin to anticipate.

Yes, cold showers are good too. I like baths because they seem to shock my system a bit stronger. Have you personally noticed benefits from vitamin d3?

I don't think testosterone is anywhere near the only measure by which to judge the benefits of semen retention. Dopamine and testosterone sensitivity (as opposed to mere levels) may play a critical role, for example. Also, masturbation and sex are different experiences chemically (one involves oxytocin).

When I was ejaculating daily exclusively from sex (gf and plates) I felt a loss in alpha energy due to daily semen release. Every other day is better, every third day is even better. Of course its broscience. Real science has barely touched this topic at all.

Porn is definitely the destructive thing. Not so much the fapping. See where you're coming from but I think the opposite is the case. The fapping is what releases semen, which is the primary source of excess energy and positivity experienced by fapstronauts.

Seek help/medication if you do all these things and you're still depressed: Exercise vigorously 30-60 mins daily Meditate 30-60 mins daily Consume 2 grams psilocybin mushrooms monthly Reduce semen emissions to once weekly Eat healthy, unprocessed foods Sleep 8 hours per day beginning at 11pm or earlier Take cold baths 3 times per week

For "MGTOW" to retain any meaning it should refer to essentially not marrying and not dating, otherwise anytime I don't pay for a girl on a date or I decide not to date someone because they don't sleep with me I'm suddenly "MGTOW." There's a difference between MGTOW and "alpha" or "red pill." Jesus.

This well-known Conan line is actually a paraphrase of a real statement made by Temujin, aka Genghis Khan , the Mongolian conqueror: "The greatest pleasure is to vanquish your enemies and chase them before you, to rob them of their wealth and see those dear to them bathed in tears, to ride their horses and clasp to your bosom their wives and daughters."

Maybe lonely wasn't the right word, but maybe you haven't started truly pursuing a dream or goal that is unique to you yet. When you do, and you make progress, you will see what I mean. I left a company 3 years ago and started a similar one-man business. It is indeed lonely (but liberating) and I am sometimes envious of friends who have structured career environments with bosses and paychecks and coworkers. Men are men because of achieved status. Women are women because of ascribed status. One c…

This is weird territory. If you are attractive and have a decent 'alpha' personality at this point, when you're with an older woman who values you more than you're used to being valued by a younger woman you will find yourself able to act on some of your beta tendencies or qualities without any repercussions. This can be really, really liberating, to actually be appreciated and able to express your emotions as a human being without being tossed aside by the (understandably) hyper-discriminatory …

I haven't met anyone else in person who holds the same ideology that we do in this community: that status is everything. Status is power. Power is respect. Status and power have nothing to do with my understanding of TRP. Your emphasis on those things may be more unique to you than you think. sadly, it works. It's just pathetic in my opinion; how easily swayed humans, and specifically girls, are manipulated by a dominant psychological power There's nothing sad about women wanting a leader. It's …

Good advice. Fun to see a fellow meditator on this part of reddit. I sit for 1-2 hours daily and find no contradictions between mindfulness or buddhism (not to presume you are a buddhist) and basic redpill principles of male emotional health and skillful relationship dynamics.
