I admire your view on relationships and how it’s meant to build others up! I feel like a lot of people engage in transactional relationships (RP and non RP) and appreciate valuing relationships

I don’t find a polyamorous relationship to be traditional enough for me, nor is it really a relationship but just an agreement to sleep with multiple people. I respect myself so I wouldn’t put up with a man who cheated on me.

I could write on and on about how this was the result of feminism and the sexual revolution, but I digress. I don’t watch those videos with the intent to implement their techniques. I believe this is what happens when the red pill community doesn’t root their foundation in Christ. A healthy relationship is NOT where a man provides for a women but cheats and lies, and a women is passive and submissive to being abused by a man living in sin. A healthy relationship is a man who takes care of his wi…

What antagonistic phone calls is he asking you to make? I prefer to not be fussy at restaurants so if we have a complaint (steak is cold, wrong item, etc.) my boyfriend will speak up. I obviously could if I was alone but it’s just an arrangement that fits us. I’d see if he’d be open to setting like that up with you.

What kind of things are you saying ‘I can’t’ to? Or more importantly, why can’t you? I get you’re tired but are you busy doing other tasks throughout the day where you are left with little to no personal time? If that’s the case then you need to sit down with your husband and figure out a game plan on how things can get done while you still have enough time to recharge. This is sorta difficult to answer since I don’t know work arrangements, etc.

It’s kinda hard to answer this question, my advice is gonna differ depending on your reason why you don’t want to have kids. I feel like your reasoning is largely gonna determine what advice we give.

Quality time should be something you both enjoy. He can watch his football but you shouldn’t be forced to pay attention. My boyfriend likes playing video games and I’ll do a crossword or take a nap next time him as he plays. When we really want quality time we do something we both enjoy, like cooking dinner together.

You are in for a long and hard road my friend. I’m trying to think of methods you could use but there’s not many things you can do (if any) to fix her issues. The fix has to be internal (ie. her wanting to fix it). My best piece of advice would be therapy. I here’s a lot of techniques people try in these situation but my best piece of advice is to start outsourcing your happiness away from your marriage. I see people in similar dynamics and they try everything for years or decades to just wind u…

I think you should go to therapy before you think about dating. You are young and people change, but you should look inward and find why you had such little self respect for yourself that you’d be with a married man and compromise your values. Learn, grow, and then once you have an elevated mindset then start dating. Some men may still reject you but hopefully you will grow enough to know that’s not you anymore ♥️

I’ve been into RPW content for a few years, but always had a theory that a lot of women here didn’t have a lot of self worth. I’ve mentioned in the comments that RP ideology only works when both partners are emotionally mature. I think part of the issue I see is a lot of people coming at it with a non religious perspective. A lot of people idealize these alpha/beta roles with no understanding of why. In Christianity the Bible is famously quoted as telling women to submit to their husbands, while…

Very possibly why he’s still single, if nothing comes over it consider it a bullet dodged. That’s weird he didn’t solidify a date, but who knows what he’s thinking. It sounds like you have other men interested in you so enjoy having your pick of the litter (and make sure you pick the right one)!

Nobody can definitely know whether he’s into you or not. To be honest I think texting regularly in the early stages of dating (especially before the first date!?!?!?) is too much in my opinion. I’ve had great conversations via text and then show up in person to meet and the chemistry just isn’t there and they are nothing like how they are over text. I was over investing in a guy I didn’t know, wait to have conversations in person. There’s no need to get to know him over text. Texting is unexplor…

I think your starting point is gonna determine how much of a difference you notice. If you are 200 lbs and then get to 135 lbs, you’ll notice a bigger difference then being 150 lbs and losing 15 lbs. i still think you’ll notice a difference in both instances. For me I was 170 lbs and I’m not 145 lbs. I’d say I get more positive attention and men asking me out. But I think I had a ‘glow up’ in more weight than weight lost. I started doing my makeup in a more flattering way, got healthy in a flatt…

Are you more afraid of not fitting in and potentially losing friends or violating your conscience and sacrificing your values? Choose wisely. It’s difficult, I’m in a similar situation to you. I stopped lying to people about my beliefs. I don’t shout them from the rooftop but when asked I answer. Im also aware that I don’t have any unfounded beliefs so im confident in my answers and reasoning. What happened was some people got weeded out and a lot of people got weeded in. What did you do wrong? If it’s having a high body count you can hardly hold yourself accountable for that. If a person was in a cult and committed a crime (ie stealing or something) people would be gracious when judging them. Ultimately they did it, but it wasn’t as simple as that person just being a bad person. Likewise you were raised with feminist/liberal ideals and acted them out. Ultimately you slept around, but you were raised in an environment that didn’t teach you better. Do better, but …

I’m glad you found my analogy helpful. I don’t think she was meaning to turn women into being manipulative (nor do I think you’re trying to be manipulative at all) I just don’t think she’s reached her advice’s logical conclusion. My best advice would be to find a guy you are compatible with who is emotionally intelligent. If you love weekly flowers and surprise dates, there’s a guy out there for you. My dad and boyfriend both do this because it is in their nature. You’ll never meet a guy who jus…

This sounds kinda…. Manipulative. I don’t want to be in a relationship where I have to trick my husband/boyfriend into treating me well. That would be tough long term, my great grandparents have been together for almost 80 years (yes they are almost 100). Could you imagine a great grandma keeping that facade up for 8 decades? You should always say things in a loving and kind way but sometimes you need to be straight to the point. After you give birth to your children you don’t want to have to sa…

I feel like your goal ‘to stand out’ is too empty to achieve. Men aren’t all looking out for one thing. There are things I’d recommend like not sleeping around, partying, etc. but these aren’t character building things. Instead of going on a quest to stick out and get make attention, I’d recommend going on a quest to develop hobbies, skills, and interests. There’s no one formula to get every guy, nor should you want to! I also don’t think your goal to not be like other goals is admirable. I love…

It’s okay for men to have a preference, there are many religious men who want women to follow Christian sexual morality laws. However when you have a preference and you start dating somebody who doesn’t meet your preference it is your responsibility to either a. Accept it or b. Move on. He has done neither and has put you in an unfair situation. And I’m your situation there is literally nothing you can do, you can’t change the past. He is holding you accountable for his own preference. Yes, you …

If I understand correctly your previous boyfriends weren’t as attractive as you, but at first you enjoyed them worshipping you? But your current boyfriend is now a successful man in your league so now you get turned on by him? Respectfully, I disagree with your synopsis/advice. As a disclaimer, I should start with what I DO agree with. I agree you should be choosy especially in regards to financial comparability. I also prefer the man to make more and be more financially responsible. I also thin…

I’m working on being less judge mental sounding and being more graceful, thank you! I could be way off, but I believe a marriage should replicate Jesus’s (yes, I’m religious but I still think the model applies if you aren’t Christian) relationship with the church. He would do anything for the people and the church and paid the ultimate price of dying on the cross for our sins. In return he asks us to just submit and follow him. It’s a symbiotic relationship that marriage and relationships should…

This may be unpopular advice, but here it goes: I feel like RPW is good advice, only if you have a partner with a healthy attachment style. I don’t think there’s much you can do to change his behavior. You are asking for the bare minimum ($30 wedding ring) and are getting nothing. This isn’t a problem of you nagging or not asking for things politely, it’s a problem with him. Your behavior is unlikely to fix him. I’m not a divorce advocate, but to stay with him is to accept him for who he is. Acc…

I’d say put a focus on not dating for a while. Usually 6-12 months and learn to be happy alone. Find your happiness again. In that time focus on finding a job you like, or a school program, or something that can sustain your future. When you decide to date again, be choosier and focus on finding somebody’s values that align with your own. You’re 29, not 60. There are women who are in a similar situation to you who are stuck, whether it be because they have kids or don’t want to start over later …

Do a skin care routine, finish it off with a nice tinted sunscreen such as W3ll people tinted moisturizer Put on a little makeup such as brow pencil, blush, and mascara. Maybe a little lipgloss. Do your hair. I’m not sure what your natural texture but something as simple as braiding your hair overnight could do wonders. Or running a straightening iron through it. Or a nice updo. Wear a feminine outfit. This is gonna depend on what you do with work, for me trousers and a sweater works wonders. Co…

Weird tip: when the waiter comes to ask if the check should be split or together I immediately start drinking water so the guy is left to answer. If he says split, I split and don’t consider a second date. If he says together I usually offer to pay half ONCE, if he says no I just say thank you.

I think you are over thinking this. You’ve only had one date with this guy, don’t let a guy you’ve known for a few hours stress you out. If he replies he will clarify. If he doesn’t reply then it just wasn’t meant to be. My honest guess is something popped up and he’s been busy. Also I don’t think not responding to your text for 3 days was a big deal at all. He asked you on a second date, you said yes and agreed to work on the details later. What else was there to say? He then followed up with y…

It’s a numbers game, the more people you talk to the quicker you’ll meet somebody. When you go to the gym walk in and engage with people. Walk confidently, smile, and make eye contact with people. Say hi and wave. You may feel silly at first, but just realize they’re the stupid ones for sticking their heads in their phones. You’ll meet people this way and also seem more inviting. Talk to everyone, not just the attractive guys. This will get you used to chatting with strangers. It’s the gym so do…

Personally I’ve never been asked about a body count. Like others mentioned, most men don’t care. I’d never ask for somebody’s body count, but rather the nature of their previous relationships. Whether it was filled with hook ups, serious relationships, etc.

I will say, I don’t think chivalry is completely dead in the states. If you’re religious that will be more difficult. I’ve never heard of a man expecting 50/50 on the first few dates or not opening a door here.

The US sounds better than where you are. I’m in the US and live in a conservative area so I have an easier time, however Chicago is a VERY progressive city. My recommendation would be going to church (if religious) and spending times in the smaller cities surrounding Chicago. I should also add, my current boyfriend is from Chicago so I know there’s at least some men there with more traditional values.

I’m alone a lot too, my bf and I don’t live together and have completely opposite work schedules (when I get off around 3 he’s going into work). Him and I see each other 2-3 days a week. When this was the only socialization I got I found myself getting more needy/dependent on him. If he got caught up with work and cancelled I’d get disappointed. I think it was because he was my only socialization. I’m an introvert at heart and make sure to have my well deserved alone time (plus I wfh alone) but …

My heart dropped when I read the age difference before reading anything else. I feel like you are getting into red pill ideas that could be toxic for your situation. I’m a huge fan of rp/traditional gender roles but your focus should be getting out of this relationship. You can revisit this stuff when you are in a safe and healthy relationship/ready to date men your own age. I could go on and on about how many red flags there are but I know it would be a waste of my time. I am 23, I could never …

Are you religious? I’d recommend using psychology today to find a religious based counselor (if you are religious). If not then I’d go in and just clearly state what you are looking for, a good therapist should be able to tell you if they cannot help you (and hopefully recommend somebody better suited for your needs). I know I’m pre marriage counseling it’s not so much a therapist telling you what your relationship should look like, but helping to open up and navigate different topics within a r…

If you are getting hit on, you’re attractive. However, you are only 21. Confidence comes with age. I am only 23 now but in these 2 years my confidence has grown immensely and the things I used to be insecure about I feel positively now. You can definitely expedite the confidence process. I’d recommend working on an ‘emotional glow up’ and learning to really determine your values in life. That helped me find my confidence. You can get surgery, but I don’t recommend it. I had a friend reset around 1.5 years ago, and was left with practically no friends. Here are my tips of what I did: 1- if you are religious, church is a perfect place to meet new friends! Don’t just go to church on Sunday, but take time to show up early and stay late to talk to people. Go to church activities during the week. 2- gym/work out classes. New to this sub, but personally I wouldn’t make the decision based on lust. Some people wait till marriage, others don’t. But I’d personally wait until there’s a commitment and you know each other. How well do you know somebody after 2 dates? Not at all. I usually wait like 5-10 dates to even kiss somebody. Whatever you choose, make sure you know the person well enough. If you don’t know somebody well enough to have a kid, sleeping with them is not a good idea IMO. Good luck!
