Pure truth....

This really is true. Men fantasize that relationships are like they are on TV. They aren't. I had to laugh at 'The Bucket List' for it's portrayal of that. Not because it got the situations wrong, but the final scenes were laughable for those with the experience to have lived them. I guarantee, if Morgan's character was in the real world, when he was back home with his 'loving family', he would have begged Jack's character to go on another adventure.

This is extremely good advice. It's really the only thing anyone needs to live a fulfilling life.

Yep. While not witnessing anyone die myself, I have personally come very close to death on a few occasions. The feeling is one of dying alone, no matter if others are around you or not. At the very best, you feel you are 'leaving the party early' while you family watches you barely cling on in a hospital bed, or you are in a situation where your life flashes before your eyes (it really does) and you are filled with a sense of overpowering sadness. In my case, having grown up a christian, I tried…

Doesn't love him. Loves being married. A free ride through life and a status upgrade.

Despite knowing women are like this, and having the bad experience of it myself, to hear it in their own words like this... its unbelievable. I'm re-redpill raging all over again. PTSD flashbacks perhaps? I mean WTF, WTFF? They just aren't human. No concept of honour, love, commitment, no care at all for the hurt she caused him 'for excitement', or guilt. Just fear she is losing her meal ticket. For the record, I can say that because she doesn't 'love him' or she wouldn't have done it and hurt h…

Yup, of course it will be. To good an opportunity to pass up being able to show the woman as a noble slut^h^h^h^h victim. :)

I've been there, I know exactly what you mean. Ultimately, it turned me into an existentialist. The simple truth is, you need to find your own meaning in life, it won't be 'making other happy' or 'being responsible for others', although that may be part of the rich tapestry of other aspects that can give live a bit of extra flavor. I would suggest getting a hold of an audiobook of some motivational speakers who talk about finding ones own purpose. I got out of my depression from my 3rd divorce b…

I remember reading it, but I don't remember it as a celebration of the womans infidelity. I checked up again here: http://www.teenink.com/nonfiction/academic/article/487005/A-Moral-Lesson and I think that's how I remember it. It didn't make a comment on her sin, it used the sin to reveal the true characters of those around them. HOWEVER, the truth is, that woman is a fiction. I don't think I have ever met, not in my 50 years of life on this planet, a women who was so deep. In truth, the woman wo…

I've never heard of it, but it's horrifying. So essentially, according to my interpretation of the stuff i've just read, no matter when they supply resources or not, the society still collapses to extinction (actual extinction no less, not just back to where it started, actual extinction), either from the over-crowding itself, or (according to some) from some sort of degradation in the social interactions triggered by the over-crowding. Well thats just horrific!

It isn't that great over there, trust me. I think the best option is a fairly rural life in the west. If I had the resources or the kind of career that could make it work, I would move right out into the country and live peacefully by myself.

This is true. I have a friend in this situation. The lengths he has gone to are insane, he's given everything for them. One day, his kid will be as awed as I was.

Hard question. It will break your family, but what your mum is doing is wrong and your dad should know and decide for himself. Then again, you are only 14, and not really able to look after yourself. As a guy, I've previously been quiet when I knew women were cheating on my friends.... figuring it wasn't my place to say. I've hinted like 'ahh... i wouldn't let her go away on holiday with her cousin if i was you...'. Post being cheated on myself, I would tell them up front, only if I was close.…

Yeah, I know what you mean. There were many years that my ex-wife and I were real partners. We thought we were special, and would grow old together. We used to joke we'd be holding hands when we were still in our 70s, and everyone would be like 'omg, how can you two still be like that!' We used to stay up in bed talking about the world and our plans, for years. We'd struggle with getting time to ourselves with the kids, and every moment we had we would enjoy being ourselves. Who knows what happe…

I'm ashamed to say that I earned 100% of the money in my situation, AND ended up doing 50% of the housework due to her nagging. She ran up debt, I worked longer hours, until 9pm each night, then she nagged I was never helping the kids with bed. Meanwhile, she fucking hung out with her other toxic housewife friends all day, and compared all us poor husbands to each other. If I complained about it, she compared me to the husbands in the group that were even more successful and told me she was regr…

Exactly like the wife I just got out of a relationship with. Had to leave the kids, but I was getting suicidal and because I'd been red-pilled before my marriage, there was a level I just wouldn't stoop to. Was hard, essentially relied on opiates for the first 3 months then got myself off them after that, but GTFO. Now I have a good relationship with the kids, the ex realises her mistake but I try not to laugh at her for it, and I've got a new job and am fixing my health and have a positive ment…

I'm giving myself a temporary monk mode (probably 2 years or so) to recover from a my 3rd divorce. I have a lot of rebuilding of self to do. I find it very inspiring to read the OP's account. I was red-pilled (well, purple-pilled as it turned out I guess) when I met my 3rd wife, I thought she was a NAWALT. There is no NAWALT, at least not in our generation. My mum was, her generation is gone. Anyway, I thought I would just comment on how true your comment about fucking a 9 or 10 is. After my sec…

Yes, of course it will get better! Relax! :) Thoughts of suicide are dangerous for sure, my brother unfortunately took his own life when he was only 16. A true tragedy. He told me, and I was there for him, and I told our parents and we all tried, but he was determined. But even with that, and seeing the devastation it causes, I've had to resist similar thoughts myself. But all such thoughts are certain mode ones brain gets stuck in, and due to a particular narrowing of perspective and focus, i…

Yes, not everyone is at the same level of personal development or even *consciousness* as a person. Depressing at times for sure. I think finding others who share a similar level as our own to be friends with is an important part of staying positive. It's certainly not easy, but then we only need a few of them.

I'm not a Christian, but I believe in the metaphorical concept of God. It is what all of us, male and female, know to be the best of our abilities and purposes as humans. So I would say, believe in the purpose God has given you. It is your true calling. It may change over time, but that will be a reaction to your own growth. We all know, deep down, what is right and wrong, and what our calling is. I would say to follow it. And to not compromise your calling for comfort or the seduction of sleepi…

I am 50yo, have been married 3 times, have a child, and had around half a dozen other deep relationships and over 50 sexual partners... I know the feeling you are describing well, it can hit at any point, but eventually can be defended against. The problem is that you are having a crush with your fantasy version of her. When we look at girls we see them as this fantasy version of themselves, and they will encourage that to get us under their control. But the reality is they aren't like that. The…

Dude, get strength from this community. This is my second time red-pilled. First time (after second divorce) I was a MRA and believed in NAWALT, but agreed with the MGTOW attitude to self-investment. Now I'm going through my 3rd divorce, after 10 long years of taking endless shit. When I met her I was MGTOW-ing lite, had built my own business, got a great apartment, sports car, was travelling 3+ months of the year, was top of my profession (software engineer), financially secure, was a gym nut a…
