actually bro its a cpa thing for ads. she basically is using some vpn shit, is scamming the ad networks. so what she is doing is creating an account for you at a dating site and when she confirms it with a number she gets paid by some ad network for cost of registration as an affiliate. if you are based in usa or eu than cpa rates vary from 4€/registration to 12€/registration.
