You need a consistent reward to create a habit. "Kicking your ass in gear" will work for a few weeks but to get permanent change your brain has to get a reward or it will find a way to remove it. Also your willpower gets tired like a muscle, so if you may be able to force yourself for a while but when something else begins testing you it's impossible to summon up the willpower to stay in line. For the exercise example your reward might be endorphins from vigorous exercise or a clear head from a …

Think of it like an athlete on a team with a losing record playing the last game of the season. No playoffs, fans don't care.. win or lose there will be no further rewards and maybe not even another season. So what? You're gonna fold it in because it doesn't matter. No. You're just out there playing because that's what you do. That's you. You're not sorry the fans are bored or disappointed. You couldn't care less because you're doing what you love. If they go home, it's their loss, you're happy …

I don't even know that I would look for other interests. Just find a way to speak passionately about computer engineering or related nerdom. I've got a friend who's good with the ladies and his recurring topic of sound engineering bores the shit out of me (even though I have some interest in the topic) because he goes on and on.. but he's passionate about it and the ladies like him.. So I think it has more to do with talking and speaking with passionate conviction than it does finding something …

Some obvious stuff about a deeper voice.. but it's apparently more important to use the full range of the voice, so highs and lows, to be more charismatic or interesting. So if you're thinking a low monotone is the way to go, don't. Do more of a sing song way of speaking, with inflections and so forth

No I mean her female friend who is fat, for example. I see two girls, I want to talk to one, but I feel guilty asking her out in front of her fat friend. I typically talk to both and invite both out to wherever later on

Does this apply to "sets" as well? I always feel guilty when the girl I'm interested in is with a less-attractive friend. Can I just ignore the friend or do I engage both equally and then try to separate the girl I'm interested in later on?

There was an RSD Tyler video I saw a while back.. and I can't find it now.. but it was basically asserting that whatever shortcomings you feel you have, embrace as awesome. He talks about going to the gym for the sake of feeling better, not in search of some improved form. Before going out to pick up girls he looks in the mirror and thinks "my skinny little arms are fucking awesome. I love my receding hairline. My little dick is fantastic," and means it. It sounds ridiculous, but I've been doing…

How about working out your core? My singing improved dramatically once I got my abdominals strengthened.

Mark Manson's "Models" has a good part about this. He says: "We actually have two “voices”: a “head” voice and a “chest” voice. Basically, when you sing, your head voice does the high notes and the chest voice does the low ones. Your head voice breathes out largely through your nose, while your chest voice through your mouth. The head voice comes from the throat and the chest from the diaphragm. Try this exercise. Just hum a note, then slowly raise it and then slowly lower it. It should sound li…

Pretty much. It's not actually going to happen. But if you keep it in your mind that's what you're trying to do you will have better posture.

Some of the best advice I've heard to walk with good posture is "what body part should enter the room first?" Your Penis

I feel ya, man. I was there just a few weeks ago and now I'm not. 2 girls entered my life really randomly.. well I put forth more effort to go out but I also achieved outcome independence more thoroughly. I think meditation has been good for me to be present and thankful for what I've got. But it's tough being in a drought. Mine was long certainly by my own doing.. I was outwardly miserable by money and place in life and put too much pressure on others to make me happy. It sounds like you know w…

Get busy. Hobbies, self improvement (gym, reading), make money. Get your basic social needs fulfilled by talking to strangers without having an agenda if they happen to be women. Or get a dog. Once you attain inner happiness and smile naturally while also having a lot of time restraints, women will vie for your attention

This seems crazy to me. As a comment posted here: How's this different from Cosmo's sex guides for women? The stuff I saw at /r/TheRedPill is fairly mysoginistic and if I saw stuff like that here I would unsubscribe. But I haven't seen any quotes from the book that suggest anything of this sort. Let me know if I'm wrong.
