If you want a program that involves the Big 3, I'd go with ICF 5X5. People underestimate the degree of stimulation that compound movements give you. As a natural AND a beginner, you'll get maximal potential growth from straightforward 5x5. If you want to look like Arnold, which even at your best possible physique probably won't be attainable, get a solid base of strength and start taking (a lot of) steroids.

No. A man in shape can get some of the pussy..not necessarily all of it. I firmly believe that if you're decently attractive and in shape, you can get pussy by default.

Being in incredible shape will most certainly get you laid. You aren't someone who is inshape so commenting on it is pretty irrelevant.

This right here is the main reason I lift heavy ass weights. There are few outlets for men to vent emotions without judgement. I find powerlifting to be the ultimate release, though it isn't always enough.

You have to be a pretty ignorant 14 year old to not even consider the repercussions of an action like this. She'll get a pass for being young, though.

Step 1: Use this website to find your daily energy expenditure. You can mess with the macros based on if you're cutting weight or trying to gain weight (you should be trying to gain weight). Look to take in about .8g of protein/lb. Step 2: Lift heavy weights with a focus on compound movements. You should do something like one of these workouts. Learn to love squatting, deadlifting, overhead pressing, and benching. You'll be squatting three days a week, adding weight every single workout. Step 3:…

As a Canadian, I have to say this isn't very helpful. Nearly everyone holds the door open for anyone.

Been powerlifting for the last 3 years and I've been using creatine for the last 2. I'd recommend it to just about anyone, as long as they can distinguish between broscience and actual benefits.

Creatine is a great supplement, but do not fool yourself into thinking that it caused a 15+ lb increase in a week. If you were a beginner following linear progression, you could easily add about 15+ lbs to your benchpress in about 3 weeks without any sort of supplementation. However, creatine has been shown to improve strength-related measures of fitness over the long run (months/years).

Do the same thing but at a moderate caloric deficit. Assuming you're a beginner, you'll still gain strength while losing weight.

Now, me being 5'10" and 135, the only girls I'm really going to score with are obese ones with fetishes for malnourished guys. Step 1: Prepare to eat more than you've ever eaten. Step 2: Find your 1 rep max for your bench press, squat, deadlift, and overhead press. Step 3: Do a 5x5 regiment, 3 days a week. There are plenty of templates online with calculators. I'd suggest Starting Strength 5x5. You'll be doing heavy compounds..learn to love it. Step 4: Ensure you eat 1g of protein per kg of lean…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
