Women have a tendency to get called whores or sluts if they enjoy sex as much as men get called perverts and creepers. [X-post r/Intactivists] I wouldn't say it's a conspiracy so much as an institution, like female circumcision is in some cultures. "First do no harm" (not part of the original oath, but that's neither here nor there) would assume that you do not knowingly do harm, or else the oath is impossible to keep.
