I can accept that a drug can slow down your metabolism so your resting state calorie burning is decreased and make you feel lethargic or make you retain more water weight. But moving a 20 pound weight up by 1 foot still consumes the same amount of energy. It's just an excuse, no drug makes you fat. Calories in vs calories out, that's it. I could tell my mom truly loved me in retrospect and only wanted the best for me when she told me the cold facts and realities about how women truly are.
