The dumbshits promoting this dei bullshit have no idea they are being played. I have a friend who is a engineer for a large medical device company. For every qualified engineer he hires he has to hire one dei candidate. They all have degrees, and internships, and glowing recommendations. But are useless. He avoids skittle heads at all cost. So what happens is the real engineer gets promoted quickly and the dei sits there doing nothing earning enough money to keep them quiet.
