These men got thier dicks blown away fighting for the country. They want a reconstructive surgery so that they can atleast leave the trauma behind and try to lead a normal life. Women on the other hand get breast surgeries to deal with their mid-life crisis(saggy tits) or "feel" that their tits aren't big enough or even because their friends got it done!
