What's your quarrel with LGBT?

Well, if trans women are women, then gender and sex don't seem so independent. You seem to have ignored my statement where I say they're not mutually exclusive either. Nor don't you understand that the intersection of two sets don't mean that they're commutable. Every trans women is a woman, but not every woman is a trans woman. Much like how black women are women, but not every women is black. Example? Mammals: Typically XX/XY chromosomes. In that same set there exist sex aneuploidies like X0, …

Sex and gender are allegedly completely distinct Don't know why you have to put allegedly in your sentence. Though they're not mutually exclusive, they are independent from one another. When it comes to gender its definitely a human invention used to broadly (and often inaccurately) group people into two groups. Sex characteristics vary from population to population, and people do stray from the norm (norm being used loosely to imply the average value of a quantitative variable like hormone leve…

Folks who insist trans women are women Elaborate why you think otherwise?

It's almost as if they're adopting traits akin to an overbearing zealous person when it comes to issues like this

Delved deeper into it and one just outright says they'll be homophobic to cis gay men....I give up on humanity. Nuke these people. Since when is being cis invalidating you as a gay man??? Yknow what. Can't use logic to defeat an illogical argument

Ok that was incredibly upsetting to read. The first one got me tho. The Twitter user annie saying cishets push the narrative of same sex attractions. Uhmm okay?? I'm cis and gay, I like men with ducks, I love my trans friends, I HAD an FtM boyfriend who had a duck, I don't find vaginas appealing. Am I trans phobic still? Should I seriously take advice from someone trying to collect every possible trait like their pokemon cards?? (I'm all for respecting one's identity but when hypocrites like tha…

Yes but slavery is aborhant. It's a vile human rights violation. Dude God literally gives step by step plans on treating your slaves. And punishing them if they go against said plan. He's not the kind to be nice to people. I mean he supposedly flooded an entire planet because people bad

Nah I don't think a person would mutilate their sons to gain hair products. Their religious/social reasoning is what does it, the hospitals just takes advantage of it.

During the coup d'etat of Seychelles oppositions were taken from their homes, rounded up and killed point blank by the government. My uncle was executed, grandmother, aunts, and mom were preyed upon and severely cut off their financial ties, making our family poor. My father was led in a car BY HIS COUSIN, because he bad mouthed the gov, was about to killed, but instead his cousin said they should just beat him up instead. He was battered severely at age 12. You know when that wretched governmen…

Your influence on my community is a factor at the destruction of the black family What makes you think black families are inherently this conservative bullshit you keep spouting? What does being gay have to do with your traditional views??? Especially since I know there is a big motive to emasculate black men because they are scared of masculine black men I think you're confusing accepting the differences of different people rather than conforming them to fragile toxic masculinity (as is toxic f…

I'm guessing you're either illiterate or a troll. You seriously believe that whole large orange part is just one country? Forget the homosexuality bit you're just uneducated

...you were literally belittling with the first comment and kept on bringing the slavery bit. My point was each of the group has it's own problems to deal with, and you can't say one has it worse than the other because you are being discriminated for different reasons in different ways. And you outright said not to include black people into the lgbt movement. True it's not part of the aim for equal rights of sexual orientation, but that still won't stop people from embracing both movements. Why …

Plus we get treated by the world like were violent predators People literally try to include and equate pedophilia, incest, zoophilia and necrophilia into the lgbt movement and say it's supposed to be a part of it. Stfu

Look at a map of Africa and a map of the Middle East showing the contour lines separating countries. Then look at the area at which the red and orange covers. It is WAY more than 5. And it's a heavy understatement because 7 countries have the death penalty for being gay

I never said BLM is part of the lgbt movement. Nor do I believe it should be. Each tackles it's own problems in it's own ways. But please don't try to undermine the efforts of those who are trying to better their situation. Slavery was abolished some time ago. Its legal for black people to go to school, have a good education and job. That being said the law doesn't cater to the mistreatment of black people. And it also doesn't cater to discrimination towards LGBTQ. Your argument goes on the line…

We are literally illegal in 72 countries. By law. By the government. In this modern age! There's no place where you're illegal to be black. Discrimination? Sure. Illegal? Not by law in any country. We also get shunned just for coming out as gay. Family won't abandon for your skin colour because most share the same skin colour in their immediate family. Religion is also a hellish component. It's punishable by death for being gay and this is supposed to be from a divine respected god! 30-50 years …

True. That is fine for being exploring themselves as an individual who goes with the flow of things. Some gay people like me though, cannot find sexual attraction or form emotional attachments on an intimate level in the opposite sex. Both situations are fine. It really depends on the individual. But specifically for the scenario I was explaining, most gay people can't just switch to straight and be like "sure! No more liking guys! Disregard my past homosexuality! Now I can't be discriminated ag…

If a religion says I should be killed simply for being gay, I think I can insult the religion however I want. A thought like that being sacred to people is just bs

Please don't belittle the experience of the LGBTQ+ community. We're all discriminated because of a particular quality we possess. Neither a black person can change his skin colour, nor can a gay man change his sexuality. Both horrificly shunned by their communities (if they're in the wrong ones)

Especially universities that offer scholarships to people solely because they're "women in STEM". I don't think this day and age requires the special treatment for a subject that is equally pursued by man and woman, regardless of gender
