I didn't say it was for everyone, I said it works for me personally. Also BDSM isn't a "sex game" for me. It is a 24/7 D/s dynamic. Most people in the kink community its not. We are what is called lifestyle D/s, it's not all kinky fun times, I am the 1950's housewife type of person. That is considered a kink in the BDSM community which is why I mention that kink events can be a place to find someone with similar relationship values/ goals

Unfortunately they don't know better. Our local club is normally 21+ one night a month 18+ (no sex no drugs no alcohol ever) the board just doesn't like the idea of having teenagers around so then they don't have the opportunity to learn etiquette. Well that and we have a lot of uber feminist women, switches, and wannabe dommes in the local area. There are vey few of us going for traditional values and we are a very tight knit group within the local community. Also, the flirting with me works ou…

Our main club is "street legal" to the check in desk and "anything goes" after that. Its mostly the college students who don't care in random leggings, or confused first timers,or guys hoping for an easy lay, also depends on the night. I forgive sweats on "rough body play" night. Literally you are there for wrestling class. It really depends. The clothes people wear says a lot about their character. Sweats are also a little more common with bottoms at our rope dojo, usually because class starts …

For myself, I highly enjoy meeting people of all types at kink/fetish events. Its an environment that encourages knowledge of ones self, and people projecting immediately whether they are dominant, submissive, or switches. Then you can start to tell, "ok here are the self proclaimed dominant males" talk to them, smile at them, be pretty, observe them. I start my observations with appearance; i.e my S.O shows up to these events either a kilt or nice jeans and a freshly pressed button down and doc…

r/BDSMcommunity and r/littlespace are two places I hang out a lot for information. Online I enjoy reading kink weekly. Book wise, the sleeping beauty series by anne rice is an M/s fiction erotica. So it is hard core book porn, idk where your relationship stands on that. For non - fiction, I'm a fan of "real service" by raven kaldera and Joshua tenpenny. They are not talking anything RPW but it does go into service oriented kink dynamics, they also have M/s oriented books I haven't read and also …

Master/ slave and daddy dom/ little girl Do generally M/s is zero hard limits, higher protocol, sometimes even no safeword. Daddy/ little is more nurturing, caring protecting. Coloring, snuggling, movies, stuffed animals cutsey things. Some people are sexual in littlespace some have a very clear distinction. Generally that depends on if its a true age play regression or not. If I really felt "mentally right now I'm 10 years old." I would not be sexual about it. For me I don't age regress, so it'…

I love the elements of Dd/lg my SO and I share. We are D/s, generally closer to M/s, but there are those times when I'm "little baby girl" and he's just super affectionate and protecting of me as I slip into littlespace. (Well he's always super protective)

Yeah, but I enjoy being a brat towards trolls sometimes. Let's me get my sarcasm out. My SO doesn't like me sarcastic towards him, so I find other outlets. I told him about my snark here and he got disappointed in me feeding the trolls though.... oooops. Back to saving my snark for the my brat pack girls and mr. brat dom friend. My SO enjoys my sarcasm when I say "hey I have a snarky thought" first, then he expects it and thinks it's cute, vs. me just being rude

It wasn't a co-worker. It was one of my end - users. A client who probably barely knows where the power button is on his computer who I helped fix his data. A gentleman who works are a homeless shelter, privately with volunteers and counseling homeless folks and helping them find housing and jobs. So think more the interactions you have volunteering at the local church or something and the people you interact with there, it's federally that level. And a lot more "honey", "dear", etc....

Oh also, I do work with the AIDS population, I'm not subhuman at all, I am a strong independent woman who CHOOSES everyday to help make my bf's life smoother by serving him.

blinks rapidly I'm submissive to my partner because I'm a kinky fuck, not because of red pill theories. I just realized they lined up with my views and helped me express myself further. May I ask what you are doing here? we are choosing to live our lives how we do and are not forcing you to comply, decide you don't agree with our beliefs and move on, that's your choice. The door is in the little x in the corner. Don't let it hit you where the good Lord split you dear.

I'm not sure offended best describes the emotion I'm feeling, it's more confused between my old self and trying to learn to accept compliments more and wondering how others made that change. There definitely was some initial defensive being offended, but I realized quickly that was not the appropriate emotion and am now mostly confused.

I terms of spending money, my SO also makes 5x what I make, but the only reason he has zero issues paying for stuff for me so often is because he knows I don't expect him to. I will always offer, I will never ask to go somewhere I am not willing to pay, as such he does not feel like I'm manipulating or using him and so he is willing/ insists on paying.

Why on earth are you sleeping with guys during the non-exclusive dating stage? I'm poly, and I still wouldn't sleep with someone until after developing an established relationship, with our boundaries and expectations laid out up front when discussing that relationship. And if I'm in another relationship discussing it with my other partner(s) first. By sleeping with guys while still "dating" and not "exclusive" they then are left wondering "well why does it have to change now? She'll sleep with …

Yup, basically. Goodness I've had my fair share of poly drama. My Sir still doesn't fully understand the shite I put up with with his past partner when the three of us were initially together. sigh drama llamas. Poly involves much trust, communication, and compersion, and the strength to deal with jealousy in a healthy manner. I think I've only seen one mostly drama free poly family in my local community. This one dom and his three girls. And poly does not require everyone being interested in a …

It sounds like he is poly and you are not which I have seen many times in the kink world lead to a relationship blow up. It will not work, you cannot force a poly person to be monogamous. I speak this as a poly person. The desire will not go away, to a poly person one person isn't enough to fill all your needs. Know that from the start, and move on before you get burned.

The age gap reminders aren't inherently an issue, its when I go on for a long time with story after story of "this in high school, that time in high school" that he mentioned while he enjoys learning about me and my life, listening to me chat about high school for an hour can start to get awkward. He likes that charm and enthusiasm. He said its one of the reasons he was interested in me in the first place. Its, when he's relaxing after a hard day at work, or trying to get quiet time and I start …

Sorry I left that out, I do, and he tells me about his work and his day. We both work in IT so we understand each other's jobs well. We constantly check in on each other throughout the day, I just realize that I'm constantly interrupting him when he's trying to enjoy a comedy show on tv or something c oh that reminds me of when..." etc... the look on his face says it's starting to grate a bit.

I actually met my SO through a kink club. He was a growing rigger in the area looking for a regular rope bottom to practice suspension with. I knew and trusted his mentor so I messaged him. We started tying, then started dating. He was super slow and patient especially since he knew I'd had some horrific kink experiences and been recently assaulted. Well, he's been my Sir for almost a year now. Local kink events and munches are great way to meet D types, and someone into 24/7 D/s fits very well …

My bf always loves that I will try to pay, and says that's the reason he's willing to pay for me, that he knows I'm not using him. We've been together almost a year now, I cook most evenings, he usually pays when we go out, but periodically he will allow me to pay. Pretty sure it's to humor me though since he makes 5x what I do, and had loaned me money for school.

It can take a little while. When my SO and I first started dating he would hand me $80 to go grocery shopping for us for the week, eventually over time he let me have access to the envelope of cash he keeps in his apartment to just buy whatever I need for him. I've also taught him how to find name brand clothes at thrift stores and I do any sewing alterations or repair they may need. Once he stayed being able to buy new with tags suits for $25 instead of the original $200-500 or $200 leather sho…

My SO is really my Sir, I just didn't know how everyone here was towards kink so I waited before mentioning it. I found this page because I was looking for a sub for 1950's style households honestly, but I'm learning so much and am so happy I found this group. My Sir and I are 24/7 D/s for almost a year now. It's been fulfilling and freeing to both of us. :) I'm his service submissive, both in terms of the house and sexual and we are so happy. Happiest either of us has ever been.

I have crohns, anemia, and have had pancreatitis twice. I thoroughly understand the struggle. More hospitalizations and testing than I can count. Crohns definitely takes figuring out your body and what foods uniquely trigger you. If I've eaten a lot of carbs, I'm bloated and fiber will trigger my crohns, if I've been staying keto/paleo I can eat all the veggies I want and I'm fine. Caffeine is hit or miss. shrug I wouldn't wish this pain on anyone. I wish you the best in your journey. Some days …

Oh and I forgot to mention gym days, he took a brief break, but he's training for another triathlon in the fall, and I do yoga while I get my health (chronic illnesses) back in line so I can return to lifting and running

On weekdays my SO and I wake up around 5am (I try to wake up a little before him) I being him coffee and his medication in bed and give him a bow job while he reads the paper. I then set up the kitchen and table for breakfast which he enjoys cooking, and I go make the bed, tidy the bedroom, start laundry if needed, iron his clothes for work. After breakfast I make his lunch, we then enjoy some of the comedy shows from the night before together. I put a towel in the dryer and bring it to him when…

The thing that really helps me keep my SO's stress down is that we have a steady routine, from when we wake up and I make sure he's ready and out the door for work, to when he comes home and everything in the house is reset all he has to do is sit down and decompress. I know my SO usually likes 10-15 mins or perhaps throughout dinner, worth of time of no conversation to just settle back in and relax. If something comes up and I can't finish my cleaning before I have to leave for work I text him …
