Ah, that makes sense. It's a strategy to deal with the innate sexual urge and not necessarily fulfillment in general.

Does your source of fulfillment need to be divided only among the plates you are spinning? That means anything gained from your female companionship (regardless of the number of sources) is still the sole purpose for being and still sets it as something high pressure/high value/high cost. Would having other non-sexual sources of fulfillment in the mix also help with the relative importance of any one source?

Nice post. While I do enjoy learning, I sometimes find myself falling into a few traps that others may also want to keep an eye out for, such as: * Confusing my authority with the author, rather than developing my own authority ("so and so says this about that...") * Only consuming knowledge and not using it to produce value (no real world application) * Spending time on topics that don't really advance my life (how do I optimize the stats of my video game character?) I find that I am most focus…

It might be alluded to in your username, but Albert Camus wrote in the Myth of Sisyphus about acceptance that the world is absurd. Once you accept that (moving forward from nihilism), then you can begin to play with reality.

The distinction between Red vs Blue may be important when presented with the choice between paths. Afterwards, is the contrast necessary? I think it's more internalization at that point, where you just exist. No longer defined by, but doing the defining (which may be what is happening).

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
