Happens to all of us. I would just not respond to her. She wasted your time and couldn't even bother cancelling day of. Even if you get a date do you really want to be with someone like this?

Girls will make the time and day for ppl they like. Play it off casually then let her know to propose another time when she's free. Then leave her on the back burner and move on as she's just wasting your time.

Find out about the person. Ask about things you see on them that are interesting e.g. Their hair, earrings, etc.

I usually just text her a day later, ask how her weeks been with a light joke, then ask if she's free again. Women always say things they don't mean, so I would take with a grain of salt what she says about a next date, while on the first date. If I feel really good chemistry during the date, I tell her to text me that she's home.

If it's not a yes, it's always a no.

Just go up and strike a convo. Ask her technique on a boulder then find out more about her and get her digits to climb together sometime. If she says no move on, stop over thinking it.

No they don't but if you don't someone else will. A no at that moment doesn't mean no next time, better to risk. Just work on Kino to get them comfortable.

No one knows. Stop questioning and just ask for another date.

She changed her mind and put you on the back burner. Tell her to hf and msg her a few days but I wouldn't put too much effort.

Unfortunately it happens. Current dating culture is just toxic for this reason. She most likely wasn't into you and didn't have the balls to tell you. Take some time and find another. Never gets easy but you'll get use to it.

No one forgets a date unless you planned it a month in advance. Block her and move on. Respect your own time and abundance is key.

It's worth it to ask why. I'd do that before taking any of the advice here.

Talking about it is the first step to improving, everyone goes at their own pace. It seems like you have confidence issues, I'd focus on getting life to where you are happy before looking at dating. Whether it's through hobbies, new friends, better job. When you are happy you naturally become more confident and that attracts women. From there you start learning how to date.

I'm in this phase and late 30s. Few things I've learned that could be happening You may not be similar to your photos irl, lose attraction. The date builds no chemistry, it's boring so you don't stand out. Your dating profile is showing you as one type of person, where when they meet you and you guys talk they realize you are different. You just haven't met the right person, it does become a numbers game unfortunately. In person approaches are always better. Stay positive, take breaks, and conti…

I like to grab her hand when crossing the street, kinda like to guide her. I let go when we've made it. The next time we cross a street again, I don't let go.

Don't do this. You already said your piece, move on. Girls don't make rash decisions like men. But if you must guess you'll use this a learning.

Ask for another date or move on. She was being nice by picking up.

It's natural to be curious but the advice others are giving is solid. I'll just add all women have different wants, over analyzing what that want is is a waste of time. Reflect on yourself briefly after and if you could have done somethings better, but that doesn't change you, and then employ that in for the next female. Stay true to who you are as there's plenty of women out there.

Tell her to msg you when she's available for a date. Then move onto other women.

There's a podcast called psychacks, it's by a psychologist and he talks about the female emotions as a subject of dating. He confirms it is a real thing and when a female doesn't get any emotions from their partner, for periods of time, they will stir up incidents to see your reaction to confirm whether you are still invested in the relationship or not.

Take a break, dating should not occupy your life fully. There are 3 main things in a man's life 1. Health i.e. Working out 2. Career 3. Dating Think of these in a triangle. When you spend too much time in one area you take away from another. A balanced approach is best in life, yes there are times where you can spend more in one area but that should eventually revert back to a balance.

I'm still learning but have absorbed alot from this forum, here's 2 things I've learned. Text only for dates, anything else makes yourself less mysterious and the potential date dull. Most girls want the guy to lead and initiate, it's primal instant so say what you will. If you are asking for a date and she isn't saying yes, then it's always a no and you should move on. Know your worth and don't think any woman's time is worth more than yours.

Aside from other comments. You may want to review the type of women you're matching and if they are for you.

You could look at practicing, like for an exam, jot down scenarios and how'd you approach them, then apply irl. Until you apply it, all the studying will only be semi valuable. YouTube prob has some good examples to practice.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
