| 1 | Father Redpill...This is priest Tadeusz Rydzyk from Poland. Back here he is treated with huge respect among ultra-catholic people, especially those aged 60+. This is the reason why they want to kiss his hand, because to them he is on the same level as Jesus or God. Oh, and Yes, here is tradition of kissing ring on priest's hand, but only if he is at least bishop, and you are regular priest.
