I googled, although very briefly, and while "day of the girl" or "day of the girl child" produced many results, "day of the boy" or "day of the boy child" gave almost none, related to the subject. One misused the name to push more feminist agenda, actual one related to the subject came from a newspaper in Rwanda (tl;dr the International Day of the Boy-Child does not exist).
