22	Confidence for Beginners My biggest problem is this: I feel confident enough to know I can talk to anyone, but I don't. It's not a problem of fear or rejection, I just don't feel like taking the time to do it, which causes me to get depressed by not having many friends, then going through the vicious cycle again.
