even if the person is charged, tried, and acquitted, another level of government can step up and charge the guy. George Zimmerman was acquitted in the death of Trayvon Martin by a Florida court, and the Feds considered charging him for civil-rights violations. Not saying I like Amy here, but none of those ever filled arenas. Ever. Ellen was a popular stand up comic that got a show and stopped her comedic career. Sarah Silverman did a lot of specials, went around the circuit and did all that shit. But neither of them ever booked an arena or could have filled one if they tried.

What are you talking about? If the person is an "expert" witness involving victim behavior. You are allowed to ask any fucking question retaining to that, to the expert witness.
