107	My coworkers got flowers. I got nothing. If I can put in my two-cents, I good way I've found to be assertive is to use the form: "I noticed ____. It made me feel ___. I would appreciate it if ____." For your case, you could say something like, "I noticed that my co-workers all got gifts yesterday but I did not. It made me feel left out and unappreciated. I would appreciate it if I could be included in these gestures in the future." It's pretty non-confrontational and non-accusatory but expresses your feelings.
