I've got a good career, play guitar, speak Spanish and Portuguese, I ski and snowboard and play ice hockey and can do cool shit like handstand press ups and muscle ups. I agree with you and I know it's all my responsibility, but I'm insecure about being bald for good reason. For example I was pretty damn successful with girls before I lost my hair around 21/22. The worst part is I'm on a training contract anyway while I get my professional qualification, so I can't really be promoted yet & I usually have a minimum of an hours study to do daily after work. I want to make bank but spending 10 hours doing work I could get done in 7 just so that I can look like I'm working harder seems ridiculous. I'm thinking once I get the qual to get out.

Dark chocolate bro, start with 70% whenever you want to eat sugar and ONLY eat dark chocolate when you want sugar. Then move to 80% then to 90%. Work out, do intermittent fasting and stay strong. Yes to beard, my physique is good but it's a work in progress still because I want it to be great, my style is abysmal tbf (t-shirt and jeans) so that is something to work on, but I have zero passion or motivation for clothes so I wouldn't even know where to start. I was in your shoes July time this year. I chose to move to the bigger city, knowing I wouldn't be able to save as much. All the memories I've had living in my flat with my homie from the day we moved in to now will forever be worth more than the few extra hundred I could have out away each month, hands down.
