FGM is done to keep women from having sexual pleasure. Circumcision/MGM is done for health reasons. I was informed by my father, who I believe is circumcized, that circumcision INCREASES sensitivity. He may be incorrect, but that's what I was initially told. Circumsized men I have talked to (other than those involved in the men's rights movement) usually don't mind it. I lived in France for a while and I actually met a larger number of men who were circumsized there than I expected (almost half of those with whom I had a sexual encounter). I think the reason feminists are very strident about condemning FGM is because the entire purpose is to render the girl unable to have sexual pleasure.
