0	Teenager who twice accused man of rape to get to resit an exam is given two years in prison. So, in my eyes that sets a dangerous precedent. Yes, there should be a debt to society that needs to be repaid if someone does this to another person and is caught. But the precedent is that if we regularly sentence people who falsify a rape claim to a very long time in jail, it may make others very hesitant to come forward if the person they're going against has a much stronger legal team.
