2	Need advice, 3 yrs of marriage, no kids, no joint property, finances have always been separate, but I earn more than her and have more savings than her , she has been reckless with her spending, will I have to split my savings, I am in Georgia US. How is it fair you ask? Well, it’s not. But that’s how divorce works. And a judge will not care how she treated you or disrespected you during the marriage. 3	Men who pay Child Support - What do you pay per month? Pennsylvania 50/50 custody of 2 kids Both make over six figures, with me making about $50k more than her. I pay $1,362/month. And that’s with a 20% discount because I have 50/50. PA is the worst. 8	Does it really get better? I'm 12 months out from separation and received the final divorce decree in the mail a few weeks ago. I didn't want this either. 9 years together and 2 kids. At the 10 month point, I decided to shake my life up. Started a new job, moved into a new house in a new part of town, sold the marital home, bought a new car, etc. I just needed a clean slate.
