You're really thinking very logically and being robotic about it. It's only human to be curious about the people around us. I feel you're suppressing your curiosity in some way, possibly in fear. Is there a logical reason to explain love or lust? Is there a logical way to describe emotions? We can try but we'll be going around in circles if we even begin to answer the question. Start going out and finding reasons as to what makes the people and women around you interesting to YOU

Your problem is not even with women. You need to be genuinely interested in people and how they live their lives. Compliment her dress/ask her where she's headed to, actually be genuinely curious about her.
