My dude you havn't wasted your 20', I know people who which they were in your situation. Although I understand you want/need more social interaction/connection. Sometimes life sucks, but you'll get through it. Find new centres of interest. Develope genuine curiosity about people. But must importantly: focus on yourself and how you're feeling. If you feel like shit, allow yourself to feel like shit. Accept the way you feel. I'll take some time but you'll heal. I went through the same shit a few months ago. I finished it yesterday, the end is less about the values etc... but still very interesting. Thanks again man, I really think this book changed my view on a lot a things.
