You probably won't believe/listen to me, but stop looking in the mirror and get rid of social media. Not looking in the mirror is hard but I used to do it all the time and you start finding every single one of your flaws. That and social media are both addictions that lowered my self esteem. I don't understand what this has to do with the red pill but that aside, I doubt Canada is tearing apart families and would love to see a similar article from a reputable source

I've dabbled in philosophy more than most subjects but I usually just watch YouTube videos and read articles. I asked a professor this year if he could recommend a intro to philosophy book or something of that nature but he didn't have any suggestions. I'll have to revisit that though. Thanks for the info
