To be fair there are good reasons to keep Wikipedia fairly "tight" since anyone can add pages, for example they have fairly strict rules about giving local bands their own pages since otherwise every person who makes a band that hasn't even written a song yet starts adding a page to Wiki for free advertisement. Just check out some statistics about the popularity of male vs. female strip clubs or sex workers if you don't believe me. Many prisons (probably most) don't videotape prisoners in their cells because of privacy issues. Seems like an obvious opportunity to rape since most prisons are crowded enough that everyone has to share a cell, but I think there is a meaningful argument to be made for why it's cruel and unusual to force all prisoners to be videotaped 24 hours a day just in case. 2	Is it wrong to do circumcisions? I wasn't aware that "almost no instance" means "no instance whatsoever". Not only is paraphimosis resulting in gangrene very, very rare (and even in instances of paraphimosis circumcision is a last result, with other options to resolve it in most cases including loosening), but paraphimosis resulting in complications is completely preventable.
