2	Does this sub believe that "traditional" masculinity and/or gender roles should be promoted/encouraged? I mean this is pretty much a non-story anyway. This topic is big in online circles and essentially does not exist outside of it. Also what even is this "traditional" even supposed to mean. I consider it quite the meme that parents are punishing their child for wanting this or that toy that they disagree with. 2	Stigma against older men potentially rooted in misandry That stuff is so weird to me. It repulses me when I hear "boy" and "girl" in reference to people in their 20s, often even late 20s to early 30s. Perhaps I have to visit the US to actually understand how US college "kids" are. As a European outsider it seems like a weird bubble where you are kept from real life. Which is weird because unlike here Americans have to pay big money to get a higher education. 2	So many women seem to have zero idea what the male experience is actually like It's such a stupid example. I am over 190 and athletic. When I go on a nightly run in my semi-rural area and I hear rustling in a bush I am cautious of what might be there. If it rustles again I am reminded again that there are boars roaming around who could seriously harm me. I don't get a pass because I am a guy. Same with groups of people at night.
