Right now you need to be organizing just like everyone has mentioned. The number one priority is always finances. If you have some equity in your car and it’s in great shape you can always take it to the dealer and say buy it off of me. That will close out that payment. Second part is to keep from worrying about being lonesome. I, like you have major panic attacks. Funny thing is, I haven’t had one since she’s been gone. But if I do have one, I know it isn’t real and I can’t die from it. And las…

Let her go dude. Take care of yourself and go on. People are cruel, and your left reeling from the pain. Would someone who actually loved you do that? No they wouldn’t. Forget her.

My wife exploded in weight and then left me. But I never cared that she got bigger, but she changed. I don’t know who she is anymore.

I’m 3 weeks post your situation. Every situation is a little bit different but this first thing I did was put myself into slave labor around my home. It will get better with time. You probably won’t have an appetite, everything will suck, the world will be gloomy, and you will feel empty. But, as time passes things will get better, you’ll be ahead for a day or 2 and get smacked back down, but you will always keep climbing from this point as it’s the lowest you can ever feel.

Dude, I hated our farm, hated mowing, hated anything to do with outside. Now I’m out every evening playing catch-up. Nothing better than just getting out and enjoying the freedom, working hard, and losing the pounds.

I know how you feel. We’re used to the attachment and someone always being there. But guess what? We don’t have to have someone to be complete. I’m nearing my 3rd week of separation, and it is getting easier. There are ups and downs, but believe me we’re gonna make it through this. I’m focusing 100% on myself, weight loss, home improvements, job devotion. Let these women that left go and find that greener pasture they have been wanting. I know I’m not a bad man, but she’s going to have to learn …

It’s going to be super scary walking in the first time. I haven’t walked in since I’ve been separated. But I’m going in this Sunday, with gods strength I will provide testimony, ask for prayer, and request forgiveness at the altar. Tough it out and go. Since my baptism I have only drank maybe 10 beers. Before that I could cram an 18 pack down each night on the weekends.

I just spoke with the lawyer, he was pissed and said bad move, but he’s going to do a joint file for us. He said if things get thrown out then he’s out. I have a backup and I didn’t want this guy to represent me anyways, he’s the county chump.

Well one home is paid for, the other one has 20 years left with 80k owed, and one has 13 years with 30k owed. So it is ventured debt. Does that still make it one sided even though they’re not free and clear in a judges eye?

Thank you. The emotions are clouding my judgement at the moment. And some others have said even a local unbiased friend said she is going to regret this.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
