The standard is raised not only for physical attractiveness but sexual performance as well. You simply won't settle for vanilla sex and think that's all there is to it. Even worst that's just the bare minimum standard. Now you have to see what else she brings to the table. It almost feel like a male version of being alpha widowed.

Although statistically unlikely. Some of the hottest and sexual ones have the girl next door look. They even have a college degrees or are working on a graduate degree.

I recommend trying to activate her maternal instincts. What you want to do is go to her for "help" and "guidance" from time to time. Make sure the help doesn't make her take responsibility if things go bad, but allows you to give her credit when things go well. If successful mama bear will even protect you from other crazy females in the work environment.

How do I balance out between being sexually attracted to someone and not being thirsty? For example sometimes I inadvertently turn down someone because I was focused on something else and only looking back did I realize they were sending signals like laughing and briefly putting their head on my chest.
