You're happiness comes from being better than you were yesterday and consequently being happy in the moment. When the moment is gone- there's a new battle waiting for you.It will never be peaceful for more than a few moments. This paragraph is exactly what we should all strive for each and every day. Well said.

Going back through your post history, this comment is indicative of the fact that you haven't read a single item in the /r/TheRedPill sidebar. As previously suggested above, stop focussing on this girl, or any other, and start focussing on improving yourself.

Texting is for logistics only. Your reply should've either been a text or phone call with "Let's get together for coffee/drink/food/etc. to talk on $day and $time." You were completely drawn into her frame.

Your father is responsible for his own life. Your responsibility is to focus on making improvements in your own life.

What are you trying to achieve? What is your current physical state? You've given us numbers with no context of where you are in your journey, or what you're trying to improve. This is the equivalent of telling us it's raining, with no indication of where you are, or what activity you intend on starting.

Without meeting you in person, all we have to go on is your post history. Based on what you've mentioned in the past, you have a significant confidence problem due to a combination of external and internal factors. One of the primary tenets of TRP is confidence, and how to increase and maintain it through a variety of means. Some of us started with changing our physical appearance by working out, some by starting to participate in activities that involves others. It's up to you to decide what pa…

Based on your post history, specifically ones where you are OP, it's clear that you have a confidence problem. Over the past year of posts, you've used TRP as an attempt to resolve your personal internal struggles, never heeding the advice of this comment. You don't need to lower your SMV. You have several mental and emotional issues that you need assistance with. Until you do, no amount of TRP is going to make you more attractive or successful. The first lesson to TRP is to improve oneself, and…
