And that's where you are wrong kiddo. All the prosecutors have to do is make-up that she is an adult by deciding together that she is an murder is punishable by life.

I reported my university successfully to the federal government for violations regarding the cover-up of sexual assaults. They are kangaroo courts worsened by Obama. Welcome to liberal hell.

Nobody can lie or argue like a woman. Lol. I get that you don't like women, but men are the same way. It's just biologically hardwired to be more sympathetic towards women.

I was looking to see where you were from. I am not a lawyer, but I'm pretty decent at law so I figured I would help you out. You can't be jailed for failure to pay child support while unemployed. You have been summoned to court. That is a good thing. It's time to amend the rate at which you pay. Income is classified under 154.061. Unemployment income is calculated as income, but you should be paying a fair rate based solely on that income. 157.008 (c) An obligor may plead as an affirmative defen…

You would condemn someone to death for false rape accusations? Yikes.

And her well being does not matter one bit Society will never get better if the hope for criminals is for their well being to be destroyed. I'd like to see her life move forward and her ways changed. I hope you feel the same way.

For starters, I don't think there is a current government as old as the US that has not had major reforms.

Any kind of argument against? We have had law and order unabridged for 250+ years. Nowhere else has.

The Judicial system in the US is probably the most structurally stable in the entire world. This is in a large part because we both appoint and elect judges. A proper judicial system has discretion. Every case is different and those differences are why there are ranges of sentences. Like in this case, it is up to the judge to decide punishment. If a judge is acting inappropriately it is the communities responsibility to bring back justice through democracy. However, the final authority of a judg…

The lengths incels will go to demonize women. You're making it sound like he simply lost his balance and fell after a light shove. That's because this is exactly what happened... It's a female roughly the same height who is naturally weaker gently shoving a guy who trips over himself as he tries to duck the contact. He then gets up, violently body slams her, stands over top of her, and cusses her out. The most ironic part of this discussion is that you are suggesting the female is the one standi…

"Standing over them". I'm not sure if we are watching the same video. We don't get to see how it started, but we do get to see that it starts with the guy shouting something at her. She pushes him and he mostly trips trying to get out of the way. She walks towards him, but stops multiple feet away. He charges her, grabs her, and body slams her. I don't understand what people in these situations and threads are trying to prove. Congratulations. You get to circle jerk with everyone else proclaimin…

I have to exaggerate because you do not understand the concept of proportionality in self defense. Body slamming someone who casually shoved you is illegal. What he did was a crime of which he could go to jail for. I'm glad you don't expect him to use a gun. It means that at least somewhere deep down you recognize that being shoved doesn't give you the right to assault someone.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/05/17 05:03 AM

Oh I get it. I'm glad the guy wasn't carrying a gun. She could have been blown away and learned a real lesson. He could learn a lesson too. The lesson of proportionality in self defense.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/05/17 04:50 AM

I guess you don't understand basic law. Let me put it as bluntly as I can: Just because someone lightly pushes you it does not give you the right to give them permanent brain damage while claiming self defense. If this occurs, you might be found guilty and go to prison for a long time. Don't body slam people who only pushed you (male or female).
/r/PussyPassDenied01/05/17 03:46 AM

or sometimes greater force. Legally, this does not include using greater force. If she pushed him and he pulled out a gun would you use the same excuse? I doubt it. There is an inherent understanding of this in human nature and within the law. These kinds of posts really irritate me. I see it in /r/justiceporn all the time. There is a difference between justice and bashing someones head in because they flicked your nose. It's a perversion of justice.
/r/PussyPassDenied01/05/17 03:32 AM

Honestly man, I'm not sure how picking someone up and bodyslamming them is defensive.

That is not an attitude that is conducive to marriage nor child rearing. You don't walk into a stable relationship with the goal of the relationship being to divide everything perfectly equally. Division is not the goal nor the focus.

Right. There isn't anything wrong with that. But what you are saying is that there is something inherently wrong with one spouse providing for the other.

Do you really believe that? Have you ever been married? It's not an attitude that is conducive to marriage or child rearing.

Stable household that acts as a foundation for raising children in a stable environment? How outdated!

Also bail (in reality) is set to a price to make it so the person being held most likely can't pay (which is why he asked her the price of her jewelry) This isn't just wrong, but it is the exact opposite of what bail is for. Most jurisdictions use a bail schedule. They look at the offense and just look it up on a chart to see what you owe. This is being challenged across the US and gets away from the original intent of bail. It is supposed to be large enough to be a financial burden to the perso…

This is a really bad case, but it shows why the US regards having proper legal counsel as a basic right. Why was she even speaking directly to the judge? You always plead the 5th and have your lawyer speak. Your counsel will appreciate it because their defendants constantly say stupid crap like this. It isn't that she is a woman. It's that she mouthed off to a judge. Why does a judge have the ability to throw someone in jail for cursing at him? Why does he have the ability to raise a persons bai…
