Usually they are against TRP not because they have a rational objection to any idea expressed here, often they reject TRP because they are emotionally hurt by it (i.e. they don't like it). As a result they can only debate with fallacies such as strawmen and apply impractical standards. It's very similar to debating religion or politics with a fanatic, they are emotionally invested in a world view and there is no winning here. It always seemed to me that painting the Red Pill as only a "self improvement sub" was making it more pc for readers who can't handle straightforward discussion of these types of topics. It's as if they wanted to make the pill easier to swallow for those who aren't ready to take it. 2	One aspect of the problem: Beta bucks is no longer an option for most. It's probably the stagnating wages that forced women into the workforce in order to keep the same lifestyle that a family could previously afford with a single income. The movie "The Corporation" made that case. Edit: "After seeing a comment in the morning I thought this through. It was the documentary "Inequality for All" in the "9 to 5" bit that talked about women entering the workforce.
