1	What to fucking do All I can suggest to add on top of the really good answers already submitted is read a book called The Slight Edge. Get it downloaded on your phone and whenever you feel the urge to scroll through the same shitty insta feed or whatever social media you’re on, just fight the urge and give the book a read - it may only be a few pages/ sentences but mate it’s definitely worth it.
