| 1 | Two German doctors have been ordered to pay child support to a woman whom they artificially inseminated with her husband’s sperm - without his permission.the sperm was supposed to be destroyed after one year. had the drs. followed his request none of this could have happened. so they do hold some legal responsibility if not moral. just like with octomom the dr wasn't fulfilling a dream, he was creating a nightmare. they were told to destroy sperm after a year over two years ago. they ignored that, kept sperm viable and implanted without making sure it was okay after all that time. their negligence helped make a baby, why shouldn't they pay? | /r/MensRights | 03/05/12 03:16 PM |
