Kindergarten teacher finds Legos are good for cognitive development in young children and bans boys from playing with them in order to "close the gender gap"This shit has to end. Now. Equality isn't about holding back one population and granting favoritism towards another. | /r/MensRights | 18/04/17 01:51 PM

Australian senator calls out feminist for using the word 'mansplaining'She is completely oblivious to the fact that she's supporting his argument. What a buffoon. | /r/MensRights | 27/10/16 05:29 PM

I Gained 40 Lbs In The Last Two Years. Sitting At 6' And 225 Lbs The World Became Very Agreeable To Me. Being Big Beats Being Lean.It sounds like a lot of folks in this thread don't train properly. I'm not commenting on the effort or trying to come down on anyone, I'm simply commenting on the structure and goals. You can be big, lean, and athletic/flexible if you take the correct approach. I don't really feel like typing out a rant right now, but my prognosis is that most of you don't do enough legs, energy systems work, or have a good mobility routine. Look at guys like Alex Viada, he's probably a genetic freak, but it's p… | /r/TheRedPill | 17/05/16 07:52 PM

The Angry Orbiter StoryQuick question, did you masturbate to yourself in the mirror before or after writing this? | /r/TheRedPill | 20/04/16 09:55 PM
Guy asks to Bill Burr about his 10 years older, twice divorced, single mom girlfriend. He technically has two now. He has the Monday Morning Podcast (MMP) and then the Thursday Afternoon Just Before Friday MMP. It's definitely one of my favorites. You won't be disappointed. | /r/TheRedPill | 10/03/16 06:00 PM
USA's Women's Olympic Hockey team loses to Boy's high school hockey teamsEh, give Rogan a break. He's just a huge fan of MMA and Rousey is absolutely cleaning up. I agree about the talent level being vastly inferior though. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/09/15 04:52 PM
USA's Women's Olympic Hockey team loses to Boy's high school hockey teamsThe average male has better grip strength than elite female strength athletes. That's just a microcosm of how superior we are as physical beings. We just have the better genetics. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/09/15 04:48 PM
Joey Diaz tries to help his beta friend by telling him a story (video included)Tremendous stuff. Joey Diaz is a national treasure and total RP. Do yourself a favor check out his stand up and podcast. You won't regret it. | /r/TheRedPill | 15/07/15 07:55 PM

Height?I'm not quite 5'8 and I completely agree with this. I took a lot of shit growing up from my brothers, friends, and women. It was great character building, and it doesn't phase me anymore. You just have to suck it up and own it. Play the hand you are dealt and focus on the positives. You don't have to worry about leg room on airplanes! | /r/becomeaman | 16/06/15 05:55 PM

Podcasts- an alternative listI agree, but he still brings in some great guests and ones worth giving a listen. Marc Maron isn't RP, but I love his podcast regardless. | /r/TheRedPill | 04/05/15 10:08 PM
Weightlifting, mindset, and frame: Why you should be doing the Snatch and Clean&JerkI think your original agenda with the post was good. I just like "idiot proofing" things because we live in such an instant gratification society where people see things on the Internet and go ham. That being said, barbell snatches are a regular part of my workouts. Nothing makes me feel more prepared for both upper and lower body lifts. It definitely is a huge physique improver as well. Happy lifting! | /r/TheRedPill | 05/02/15 01:28 AM
Weightlifting, mindset, and frame: Why you should be doing the Snatch and Clean&JerkI understand the point you're trying to make with some "tough love," but BrunoOH had a really good point. You need to consider risk/reward with certain movements. Yes, you get a lot of bang for your buck by doing olympic lifts. They are tremendous exercises for increasing mass and have strong carryover to sports. I also think it's good to continuously push yourself and overcome mental hurdles. That being said, your mantra should be "work smarter and harder." I hate the square peg in a round hole… | /r/TheRedPill | 04/02/15 11:58 PM
I designed a shirt which, according to a research study, makes women think men are 12% more attractiveJust get in shape and dress nice. You don't need a ridiculous shirt like that. Come on, man. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/01/15 03:58 PM
Lifting and eating rightI may be repeating a lot of good advice other folks posted, so please bear with me. If you're a beginner, the best way to get fit and healthy is to first educate yourself on the basics. Once you establish a good base of knowledge, get a plan together and execute said plan. Start out with simple goals and keep progressing. The most important thing is to be patient and and keep perspective. A lot of people fail and go in circles, because they don't STICK WITH IT. You should find or create a plan t… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/12/14 09:10 PM
if you're serious about fitness and lifting stay away from r/fitnessCheck out Eric Cressey and follow his fitness circle. The guy is a beast and a total fitness nerd (in the best sense of the word). If you want to get strong while staying healthy, he's the best one to follow. His latest workout plan got my lifts up a ton and my shoulders/knees healthier than they've been in years. | /r/TheRedPill | 22/12/14 08:34 PM
