Help a kid, but do it safely in order to protect yourself. +1 I can't believe someone would leave a child to fend for himself. Like I replied many times in this thread, you just don't do that. I disagree. You can minimize the risk by calling the police directly and waiting near the child instead of taking him home. We are talking about a child scared in the street alone. I could not be so heartless to leave him alone.
