Sounds like you need advice from someone in your situation who has succeeded; not just general advice.

From the way you are obsessing over it, I think you need to address our self esteem in general. Working out will help somewhat with that, but you need to learn to love yourself. Acceptance of yourself will be more attractive to women than muscles. Well muscles are good for casual sex, your self esteem is key for a relationship.

This man knows what he is talking about I would offer a tiny piece of advice; be decisive. Dont spend time I mmimg and awwing whether to speak with someone - if you think they are cute, immediately go talk, girls interpret that as confidence and also a sign you like them.

We all have our crosses to bear, even the ex dude. Everyone has problems, things they hate about themselves, things they torture themselves with. The next challenge for you is to learn to let go. And also be proud of the progress you have made.

I have a little experience in this area, and honestly don't think I would do it again - what I found was that it stopped me going out hunting and trying to meet new people Looking back, although I do have many good memories and experiences, I have a unsatisfied desire for more partners and more novelty (..perhaps that is just reality for every man alive though lol) One of these friends did turn into a LTR which i am super happy about though :)

Probably not that helpful but just wanted to say many of us have been there.. Either try and fight against it and go sow your oats or give yourself time away from this scene and go have fun in other ways, reconnect with family, friends, hobbies etc All perfectly valid choices, no shame in taking time out Just don't jump into something heavy again too soon

Yep.. This worked for me well even though I chide myself for not being this cool "player" in my single days.. Just trying be a smart, caring person and interacting honestly got me many good interactions.. Not sure its enough by itself for a one night stand etc bit will get you dates and into relationships

Yes of course but you have been screened one layer.. It's not the same as a totally unscreened guy going up and immediately qkissing them

I agree most girls will be turned on by the confidence but I'm also wary about the lack of consent part.. But also... They did agree to date you so.. It's not like you are some random

As soon as she says that I think its best to let her go - just be sure that that's definitely what you want

i can really relate to this and it totally put me off trying to escalate as I was certain the girl would get attached to me and I would feel shit having to reject them later after a year of dating (hardly any hookups - just meeting for coffee or dinner), I have met a lovely girlfriend.. only problem, she has fucked around a lot.. whereas i havent.. and i so regret not just being a whore and fucking everything I could have. .. its getting to the point I am considering breaking up with this cute g…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
