For sure, that's a pretty good bar to define mediocrity. But still, many others have much different perspectives of mediocrity ranging from, "Okay, I need to stay alive today or else I will be mediocre" to "okay, I've gotta create a 10-thousand dollar idea today, and anything less is mediocre." By your definition, are you saying that anyone who has anxiety-depression is mediocre by biological makeup? Mediocrity is not a fixed concept and you have as much of a right to define it as anyone else do…

"Mediocrity". This thread is filled with subjective concepts. The only difference between mediocrity and success is an individual's mindset. Why would one equate contentment with destruction? Sounds like it'd be the opposite to me.

"False happiness" is an incredibly subjective term. If something as simple and easy as weed can make you content with life, then I see that as far more beneficial than always chasing the horizon of happiness and never truly realizing that you were there all along.

Women=a child. What is this, the 1940s? I know a lot more men that act like children than women, myself included. There is absolutely no biological law that proves women are less mature or lower functioning than men. As far as maturity goes, its actually the opposite. That's the kind of underestimation that'll turn our society into one ruled by women someday. And we'll probably deserve it at that point. I see many cases on here where men don't lure women in the way that you claim. The whole "tak…

Childhood was definitely confusing for me too. I didn't have any idea what I was supposed to be doing lol. I'm glad my comment gave you some kind of understanding about different types of attraction. But yeah, I'm just trying to figure out how well this subreddit's ideology holds up to criticism. The genders' relationship to one another is definitely one of the most interesting and complex subjects to discuss.

I definitely understood this concept for the most part. It just seems to me that it's a little more complicated than that. Love is an emotion humans can feel towards a lot of things, not just things we can reproduce with. We can love our passions, experiences, and even other men (if youre straight). The chemical emotion this subreddit talks about is probably better defined as lust. Sure you chemically want to provide for her because you're attracted to her and want her to be your mate. That's a …

Lol I feel the same way about this subreddit. Its pretty funny to see this many people make a scientific outline on how to fuck girls when they totally neglect to explain the "why" or greater purpose of it. I mean pleasure is cool maybe but there are so many other ways to induce pleasure that are much simpler and which arouse a more fulfilling payoff. For example, being confident can be its own pleasure without it being a means to woo women. Also, these other pleasures don't forfeit someone's hu…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
